Gavin did an excellent job communicating prior to the appointment and came very well prepared. He was very attentive to the details and was open to go back over anything I felt needed some additional work. It is clear that he wants you to be fully satisfied before he leaves and he makes sure of that by giving you every opportunity to point out anything you expected to be done better without making a big deal out of it. I really appreciate this and would recommend him without hesitation.
